The 40 Year Old Bat Mitzvah

Help for the Vegetarian During Passover

Posted in Uncategorized by Juliet on April 22, 2011

So maybe you are expecting a vegetarian (or even vegan) seder guest, or you recently became vegetarian and aren’t sure what you are going to eat.  Perhaps your teenager suddenly announced two days before the first seder that she is not eating meat anymore.  Or maybe you are a longtime vegetarian but new to observing the dietary restrictions of Passover.

You need HELP!

Please go on over to my other blog and check out the RECIPES tab. I am also compiling (coming soon!) an archive of all my Passover posts in one section here on The 40 Year Old Bat Mitzvah.

There is no day more fitting to thank you for considering cooking vegetarian on Passover than Earth Day.  Have a wonderful holiday; chag sameach!
